All images on this website are the sole intellectual property of On the Road Photography. Purchasing a digital file grants you a license to use the image as outlined below—it does not transfer copyright ownership or give resale rights.

Personal Use License

This license applies to all JPG and TIFF files purchased without a license upgrade. It allows you to:

• Print the image for personal display (home, office, gifts)
• Reproduce the image for personal use, including printing at a lab of your choice
• Use on personal digital frames, Frame TVs, and screens
• Set as wallpaper on your phone, tablet, or computer

Not permitted:

• Use for business, marketing, or branding
• Upload or share the file publicly
• Print for resale or client gifting
• Use in advertising, resale products, or editorial content

Personal Plus License

This license applies to digital files purchased with a Personal Plus License. It includes all Personal Use rights, plus additional flexibility for small business and creator use:

• Use in business interiors (offices, studios, lobbies)
• Post on social media or business websites (under 5 employees)
• Include in marketing content like brochures, email newsletters, and pitch decks
• Use in digital displays in a professional environment
• Use in personal or client-facing portfolios

Not permitted:

• Resell or redistribute the image in any form
• Use in products or merchandise for sale
• Use in NFTs, AI datasets, or tokenization platforms
• Transfer or sublicense to others
